Itr translates to Error 200  Memory Module Failure (no DIMM id).

One of the modules has failed. That is if you have two modules.  YOu can remove one module at a time and power on to see if the notebook boots to Windows.

To resolve this issue you will need to replace the memory modules as a pair. Otherwise, there is a risk of both modules not being compatible with each other.

Is your notebook still in the one year factory warranty window?

If it is in warranty, the module can be replaced under warranty at no cost to you.
