Hello, I ran a memory quick check that failed with the following IDs:

FAILURE ID: 0U055A-B1XBRC-MFGH5G-405J03

PRODUCT ID: 446R0UA#ABA

Any ideas for a resolution to this issue?

@Phil272,

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!

Your failure ID means this:

Try to reseat your RAM, and see if you can determine which RAM module -or RAM slot, for that matter, is defective by running one RAM stick in each slot.  See if blowing out your RAM slots with compressed 'canned' air will make a difference.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
