If you are getting that error, there is DDR3 1.5V memory installed and your notebook uses DDR3L 1.35V memory.

You have a HP ProBook 640 G1 notebook PC.
It appears that the notebook originally came with a 4 GB memory chip and it shows that the original memory chip was the correct voltage (PC3L-12800).
So, if you bought the notebook used someone installed the wrong memory in it.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.
The notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.
This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your notebook.

After you open up the notebook and figure out what memory is installed, if they are only 4 GB memory chips, you may want to replace them with two of the above chips and max out the memory to 16 GB.
