Thank you, I was experimenting a bit and took out one of my RAMs and that was it. Its was faulty. Weird thing was, that 16gb test time was around 9 minutes(with faulty RAM, which ended shortly, never leaving 1% mark) , and then with only one 8gb was 33 minutes. Maybe it can help someone to zero in that fault.
