Buen día, mi consulta es la siguiente: Mi laptop no ingresa a Windows desde ayer en la noche. Mi equipo quedó suspendido su pantalla y no me permitía realizar nada, luego la pantalla se puso negra indicando que no pudo arrancar el dispositivo como se puede ver en la imagen adjunta. Solo me permitía ingresar a la configuración del hardware del dispositivo dónde no me indico ningún daño en el equipo pero aún así no puedo iniciar mi sesión.
