Mi portátil lo deje de utilizar como por 2 meses, cuando lo volvi a encender empezó una actualización, al terminar la pantalla quedo oscura y salió un mensaje le daba ok y se volvi nuevamente a ese mensaje, no pasa de ahi, alguien me puede ayudar que hago en este caso, ya la garantia la perdí porque solo son 3 meses por sotfware.
