I cant see all new incoming emails in Outlook unless i keep closing out of the program and reopening it...

There is a refresh button named "send receive all.."..  Also, avoid closing outlook if it is still downloading files from the mail server.

If you see this progress bar then it is downloading from the server

wait till it finishes before closing outlook
