Hello everyone, since this is happened my life has been upside down. I took in a young lady thinking I was going to be helping her when all the time she was getting into my business information. She hacked my Outlook email Personal Account and then she hacked my business account through Microsoft. She has now made it a family computer and is remotely keeping me out of all of my devices by using the parental controls. Today is my birthday and I have gone to hell I have almost come to the point of suicide my entire life is in my computer. I’m just a girl that got changed my life I was sex trafficked at 14 and I started a business November 2 through LegalZoom she has all of my information the only thing she doesn’t have is my ID Social Security card and my computer on her person I have all of those things however everything is in the computer all of my ID and information and even my sons pictures my son who passed away he was 19 years old I just don’t understand why people do these type of things, if I can be helped from this source it would be such a blessing. In fact I’m amazed that I’ve gotten this far usually when I’m trying to reach out to you all she cuts me off because she can get it to every device I own! Will any help me?

I'm sorry, but we here are not Information Security specialists -- so there is nothing we can do for you regarding the compromised email accounts. Since Outlook is a Microsoft product, we have no technical information we can provide to debug or secure those accounts. You would have to check with Microsoft Support, since Outlook is an MS Office product, to see what advice they provide.
You would also have to setup new accounts and ensure that no-one gets access information for those.
You need to contact Legal Zoom and get your account changed and secured -- we can not do that for you.
Also, unfortunately, once a PC has been compromised the only safe solution is to do something called a factory reset and that erases EVERYTHING on the PC -- so you will lose everything in the process. Thus, the immediate focus is to get the pictures and other personal information off the PC onto USB sticks so you have to to restore after the PC has been reset.
We can provide you information about doing the reset but you have to retrieve the files yourself.
