Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 My system showing video_memory_management_error.

Sometime automatically open internet explorer.

Sometime it open windows+keys when I simply press anykey. for example('widows'+'L'=ScreenLock but when I press only 'L' it locks screen.)
