Missing BIOS Update section

Hi. I was fixing some boot problems in my laptop and came to the site looking for the latest BIOS version to know if there was an update, but the site doesn't show anything.

The BIOS information in my laptop is:

Version: F.04
Release Date: 06/01/2015

I found another really similar post that indicated that the site may be having some problems, but saddly it was for a diferent laptop (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Can-t-Find-BIOS-Update-in-Drive...)

Thanks, not sure what you did, but I swear I tried several times without luck.

Now, after loading your link, I tried again using the serial number and also the name search and now it loads the download options even for the other windows versions.

You're very welcome.

Sometimes you do have to load the page a couple of times, or hit the blue 'Change" button if you get a no software or drivers are available message.
