I've had my Pavilion x360 for about 9 months, but for several weeks now, it has been failing to charge fully. It gets to 98% and then says it's plugged in but not charging. I checked another question someone asked and the answer from HP was to uninstall and reinstall the two ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery drivers in the device manager, but my x360 is missing one of the drivers. I followed the steps suggested to another user and unistalled the one driver my laptop did have and restarted (and also updated) my laptop. I checked the device manager again and it still only had the one ACPI-Compliant Control Method Batter driver. I plugged in my laptop to see if the problem was fixed with just the one driver, but now it only charges to 90% before stopping. I can't remove and replace the battery since it's integrated, and since that's the only other solution I've seen, I don't know what else to do

Both of my laptops only have one ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery. Have you tested the battery using Diagnostics? Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and look for Component Tests.
