The laptop model given is sketchy, as the label on the back is highly worn.
I downgraded from win8 to win7, and the following drivers are shown missing in Device Manager:
Ethernet controller
Network controller
PCI device
PCI Encryption/Decryption controller
SM BM Bus controller
Universal Serial Bus controller
Unkown device
Unkown device
How can i remediate this problem ?

The only suggestion I can offer then, would be to try the W8.1 driver from the notebook's support page.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66501-67000/sp66955.exe
Both the W7 drivers I gave you supported that hardware ID, so I have no idea why it didn't work.

Hi:
See if these drivers work...
Install the smbus controller driver first and restart the PC.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66210.exe
Universal Serial Bus controller
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66211.exe
PCI Encryption/Decryption controller
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66215.exe
Ethernet controller
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65501-66000/sp65599.exe
Network controller:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82801.exe
PCI device:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69501-70000/sp69610.exe
You probably need the graphics driver too...see if this one works.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66213.exe
For the two unknown devices, I will need you to post the hardware ID's for those, so I can figure out what drivers they need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

Downloaded the listed drivers and installed them in the order prescibed.
All installed well and appear to be functioning, except for the PCI Encryption/Decryption controller which has a yellow mark in Device Manager (listed as Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface - error code 37, cannot initialize the device driver).
Hardware IDs:
For the 1st Unkown device => ACPI/INT3396
For the 2nd Unkown device => ACPI/INT33BD

See if manually installing the driver I attached below works for the first unknown device...
Download and unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the first unknown device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows driver support for that hardware ID:
[INTEL.NTamd64.6.1]
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F08Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F08
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F09Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F09
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18
%ACPI\INT3396Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,ACPI\INT3396
For the second unknown device, see if this driver works...
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65001-65500/sp65474.exe
For the problematic Intel TXE device, see if this driver works instead...
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66501-67000/sp66601.exe
If it still has the ! sign, please post the hardware ID for the device.
The TXE driver I posted is good for this hardware ID only...
[Intel.ntamd64.6.1]
; DisplayName Section DeviceId
%TEE_DeviceDesc%=TEE_DDI_x64, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18

The zipped directory solved the two unknown devices.
The TXE driver did not work...
Here is the hardware IDs for the device:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18&SUBSYS_21DE103C&REV_0E
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18&SUBSYS_21DE103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F18&CC_108000
