Missing Drivers

I had to reinstall windows 7 on my HP Pro Book 6550b and am missing the following drivers.

Unders "Other devices" I am missing
base system device
base system device
Ethrenet controller
Pci Simple communications Controller
Unknown device

Any help greatlt appreciated
