Greetings,

 

The hard drive on my Pavilion g7 no longer functions and needed to be replace.

Is there a way to get the system recovery disks including the original Widows 8 OS for this computer?

It appears that HP no longer sells recovery media for your notebook.

 

However, you can order W8 recovery media for your notebook from this non-HP vendor at the link below...
