Pavilion 15z-p200
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Model Number J7V75AV

I am re-installing Windows 7 from a retail distribution kit (NOT the HP distribution).  I thought I had all of the drivers from the first time I did this, but obviously not !

I already found the LAN driver (SP68383)

Your link to find the hardware ID ASSUMES you already have a driver installed and I do NOT !

That is just an example.

It is the same process with or without a driver.

AMD no longer posts the FULL set of chipset drivers on their website.  No SMBus and no USB !

It can be if you move the laptop around allot while it is running???

That is the Drive Guard.

If you have an SSD it is useless.

I need to take a break but I will look into it and let you know.

Laptop does not get moved while running and it does have a SSD, so I don't need it !  Thanks anyway !!
