Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb2000 (90Q63AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Dear Support,

I have just installed Windows 11 on my Victus 15 laptop purchased without OS. After installation I have installed all drivers from HP drivers website available for this device. My laptop is running well and I didn't notice any problems with its operation but I have two devices in Device Manager with their drivers missing:

- ACP BT Node

- ACP USB Node

There are no drivers for them on HP website. When trying to install drivers for one of them through Windows Device Manager it resulted in bluescreen.

There is similiar topic for other laptop on forum:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Any-help-for-an-AMD-driver/m-p/...

Where can I find driver for my laptop model? Or maybe its not required and I should leave it be.

Thank you in advance for help.

Hi:

This is a peer-to-peer forum, not HP support.  We do not work for or represent HP.

I would leave it be if everything is working fine.

You shouldn't try installing drivers unless they support the hardware ID's for the devices that need the drivers.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

If you do an internet search on those devices, you will find some suggestions to install the drivers for those devices.
