Hello,
I have an HP 15-n278sa laptop running Windows 8.1 that is missing several drivers. The HP support page for this product has been deleted (retired). There is an unknow device and a PCI device, and most importantly, only High Definition Audio drivers. Can someone please help with this?

Hi:
It appears that HP has retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old.
That's why you can't find any drivers for it on the HP support site.
We are currently not allowed to post links to third party driver sites.
However, I don't see anything improper with letting you know that the DriversCollection.com website has the drivers for your PC.
I use the site all the time and the drivers are legitimate and virus free.
Just do a search for the HP Pavilion 15-n278sa drivers and include in the search the Driverscollection website name and you will be able to find the drivers HP used to supply,
When you get to the driver page, the PCI device needs the Realtek SD card reader driver.
The High-Definition Audio device needs either the AMD graphics driver (for the HDMI port), or the Realtek audio driver for the PC speakers.
In order to let you know what driver you need for the Unknown device, I would need you to post the hardware ID for it.
Use this guide to find the hardware ID for a device:
