I have a driver page that was recommend to me but there are so many choices and so far i haven't been able to find the exact drivers. here is an image of the elusive drivers
https://photos.app.goo.gl/rhrfo9ZAwYafxLY88
and here is the driver page for my dad's model notebook:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-17.3-inch-laptop-pc-17-c0000/2100371409
any help would be appreciated. I'm cycling through a ton of drivers but so far the 5 or 6 ive tried haven't been working, and I suspect this may be a somewhat custom built bisnuess laptop and thats whats complicating things. Though i couldnt get exact info from the seller, the above page is what they reccmnded, thanks in advance 🙂
edit: btw windows 10 is what this came with when i got it. i updated briefly to windows 11 then had to send it out for a board repair and thus im back to windows 10 till they force me to upgrade

Hi:
You need these W10 drivers:
Going from left to right, top to bottom of your screenshots:
Driver - HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 | HP® Customer Support
PCI Data Acquisition...& ACPI 1041
I have zipped up and attached the driver you need that installs both of those devices, below.
This driver came from the Microsoft Update catalog.
You will need to manually install all of the devices.
I will walk you through installing the first ID you posted (8086&DEV_461D).
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager.
Click on the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_461D needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then do the same thing for the rest of the missing devices and when you have completed installing the drivers for the two them, restart the PC.
Multimedia Audio controller is installed by the Realtek Audio driver:
Driver - HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 | HP® Customer Support
The source document that indicates the hardware ID and what driver it is installed by.
Hardware IDs for Intel® NUC 12 Pro [Kit/Board/Mini PC]...
If the device is not automatically installed by the driver, try manually installing the driver like you did for the other two...browse from the device in the device manager to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file. That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp135980.
