I have recently had to replace the HDD on my probook 6570b everything seems fine but device manager is asking for a base system device driver.
1. Base system device, Location: PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 35, device 0, function 1)
2. HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor. The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48)

Hi:
For the first driver you need this one...
The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe
For the 2nd issue, there is no known fix at this time.
I suggest you use the W10 feedback program and report the bug.
Everyone that owns any HP notebook with the 3D driveguard hardware version with the ID of HPQ6000, has this error.
