The only suggestion I can offer would be to download and install the W10 Realtek audio driver directly from the Realtek site:

 

2nd file on the list.

 

PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software

 

Your PC does not come with an internal speaker, so you need to plug in external speakers into the light green audio out jack in the back of the PC.
