Missing product info

My system gets] power but doesn't boot up. I have tried BIOS update, but it did not work. I don't have the serial number to call HP to give them. I need to get it working and can't afford to take it to Best Buy. Does anybody have any suggestion?? Getting desperate. 

I Poudre the laptop in February 2021, but don't have the registration shown up at wall mart, or on the HP site.

@Tracerman -- can you remove the battery? Maybe, there is a label that now is visible?

Given that you purchased it earlier this year, contact HP Support, to exercise the warranty.;

They can help you find the product-code and serial-number.

As Itsmyname said: if you have a removable battery, take a look under it. Or maybe this helps you: HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support under "Look on the product". This could give you an idea where to look exactly at.
