OMEN by HP - 15-dc0051nr

After a few months from when I updated to windows 11, my monitor suddenly started to flicker. GPU was overheating at first, even when gaming at the lowest settings this is when the flickering started but it went back to normal after a few days but now it's back. I've tried checking for updates in the drivers, did all of the solutions that was recommended that I found online. I also did a fresh reboot on windows 11, booted in safe mode and all, but still didn't fix it. the monitor also flickers during boot and in BIOS, so I came across that it could be a hardware problem but I hope it's not since it did flicker before but were able to go back to normal. Hoping that someone could help me out because I do plan on changing the monitor and I just don't want the same thing after changing it.

Hi so it didn't work, I've downloaded the firmware package for your reply and installed it, but nothing happened. so I restarted my laptop, and checked msinfo32, still the same bios. I also tried downloading it from the software and drivers and installed it via the support assistant. it said installation complete, then I restarted it. still has the same bios. Is there a way to update the bios without me reverting back to windows 10?

Hello @Default-X

(1) Use another Windows 10 computer to create BIOS <USB flash drive>
