I have. Problem booting my HP laptop.
The mouse and keyboard stops working at Windows Setup page This is where you select language s. I m trying to reinstall the OS Win11 AMR. I'm booting using USB boot.
I have diagnosed all hardware. I have tried using external mouse and keyboard, nothing works.
I have loaded BIOS defaults settings, still nothing.
The model is HP 4G LTE. Product ID 52J95EA. This laptop difficult to troubleshoot 😞
Any assistance 🙏🏻

Are you using the cloud restore? It should have all the drivers that you need
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

If the cloud restore is not working then go into the BIOS and set every page to the default.
Be sure to save changes when exiting.
If it still does now work then contact HP
and
Click here for world-wide contact info
Or contact the closest authorized service center
