HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0045cl

I noticed I have two (2) HP Factory Installed storage drives; C:Windows (I assume the operating system) and the D:Data nothing has every been saved the Data Drive! I found how to save future data to the Data drive but I need to move all of the previously Data from the C:drive to the D:drive. C: Drive (the operating drive is almost FULL!  !!PLEASE HELP!!

You have to do 2 things

 

1. Move data/files from C: to 😧 using normal CUT and PASTE (folder by folder),

2. Assign default saved files from C to D using

I have already changed to default to save new files to the Data Drive (D:Data) I think I mentioned the post that it was pretty easy to do through explore.

I was hoping to avoid cut and paste file from the Windows Operating system drive (C:Windows). I not sure which files are for Windows operation and which is Data files. I don't want to accidently move Operating files or leave file not needed for windows operations.

I would think there is tool to do that. Since the the Window operating system and hard drives are HP factory install, I would think HP or Microsoft would have a tool to fix the issue.

Thank you again, I will keep searching before I move files manual,
