My 950$ HP Pavilion Gaming Computer was supposed to come with 12GB RAM, however only came with 4GB ... Thus being said, I wasted 300-400 dollars. This is very upsetting as this computer was meant for GAMING and with 4GB of RAM that is not possible. Especially given the fact I am running 2GHZ CPU and every game lags like hell. I do not have a warranty so what should I do about this to get a 12GB ram installed. I am not a expert so I could not install it myself. (Side note!! I just now found out they LIED about the the processor given! They said this computer comes installed with a Intel Core i5-9300H but was installed with a AMD Ryzen 5, a worse processor and a completely different company. The ONLY good thing they have out-done themselves on is the storage, the computer is listed at 256GB of SSD, however has 476GB of SSD. This does not change the fact they LIED about everything else, I mine as well have bought a 1990's computer. Forgot to mention only way this computer is usable is when it is plugged in, if not everything will run at 2 FPS. Could I get my money back?
