Hey Guys! My computer only shows the C drive. None of the other drives shows. This happened after a Windows clean install. I am not sure why! I did partition the drives during the installation. Can you guide me on what I should do?

Background of Problem:

1) I wanted to install Ubuntu with dual boot

2) I first had issues with booting from USB. The  way I  accessed the USB was from clicking shift during restart, then select the bootable drive ( i didn't know about disabling safe boot, I know that now)
3) I installed Ubuntu, however, I believe I messed up something in the system files and I got a Grub error+Also I was unable to reset my windows computer
4) I deleted Ubuntu and did a clean Windows installation-> No drives other from the C drive were found after this step; I can only see Local Disk C under "This PC"
5) I decided to Reset the PC and the issue still exists. I still can only see Local Disk C

Any Suggestions?

A million thanks!

After fresh install of Windows, you need to install the drivers starting with the chipset.
