and i cannot see in disk management also. I am facing this issue since last couple of days.
This is the lapop am using=>HP pavilion laptop 15 -ck0xx

Please help to resolve the issue.
Even i tried UEFI diagnostics but there also its all happening for C drive alone. How do i get back my D and E drive

Most likely the both drives have been formatted or deleted accidentally. In that case, you can assign a drive letter to that partition marked as asterisk in Diskpart or Disk Management.
Or maybe it's just the drive letters disappeared.
Kindly check out the post to get it back.

I hope my answer comes in handy.

I didn't delete/format accidentally. I am 100 % sure on that as 1 week back i got the same issue after system restart they were appearing so i suspect some issue with recent windows updates or hard drive related problems.
And the given link is useful only when drive is available at dik management but somehow the corresponding drive letter is missing but that not my case. As my disk manager doesn't showing those drives.
I have given the screenshot of disk management it has only one disk which is c drive ideally.

That is telling you a hardware failure either has occured or will very shortly. The hard drive is failing and needs replaced.
Stop trying to power up the computer and force the drive to do more. You should clone the failing drive to another drive ASAP especially if you want to keep your data. Using the failing more will only lead to bigger disasters especially if you want to keep your data. BTW keep the drive powered off as much as possible until you are ready to clone it, physically disconnect from the machine if you have to.
