HP EliteBook 2760p Tablet PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Elitebook 2760P keyboard has about 20 keys disordered. An external USB keyboard works fine in typing anything in Word, but when I was changing this PC's name on this website; it says the typed letters are special characters like !@#$% ..., which are not accepted.

This PC's Operating System has upgraded to Windows 10. This website does not provide driver support to this OS. It says "Not provide driver support for your Operating System".

I think the keyboard malfunction was caused by software. Therefore, in order to solve the keyboard problem, I need to recover this PC to the factory default. But the F11 key is not working (No Recovery Partition). How can I restore this PC to the factory default? I need help from the members of this HP Community family. Any help will be very much appreciated.
