Product: Elitebook 840
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hi
My Elitebook 840 won't shut down properly. When i go to turn it off, it goes to the blue 'shutting down' screen with the turning circle. But eventually the circle stops turning and it just stays like that for ages. .
I think I may have accidentally uninstalled a driver. I have done a system check and downloaded loads of drivers through HP but it hasn't fixed it. The check didn't find any issues.
Any help appreciated.
