Hi. I have an Envy 23-d119 that throws a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD on startup. This happens with the HDD and a Windows installation USB. When I remove the hard drive, the USB works. A extended system diagnostic returns this: https://1drv.ms/i/c/c4bd5ce8d34aef14/EctOGvpfyr5Bg3S8E5BfVYcB3B2NSrTniDGLaZHnmWKBKw?e=MdAHVy
Any suggestions to extend the life of my HDD? I tried cleaning the head contacts as well.

Hi @Danester68
There is no suggestion, when you get a disk error message you should change the disk as soon as possible and if you still have access to the disk make a backup of the data,
- if I can help solve your question or issue, please click on ACCEPT AS SOLUTION or click the YES button if my answer was helpful.
