Product: Example: Pavilion 2000-369 WM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
The product updated, then the problem started. I'm getting an invalid PIN number message, even though I didn't change the PIN. I can't make the computer reset, like I can on this one. Any ideas? Thanks for your time!
Paul

Pin entries are most often associated with using an MSN account to login to Win10, instead of a local account.
You can use these instructions to access your MSN account and reset the PIN: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/7312-reset-pin-your-account-windows-10-a.html
Good Luck
