I cannot get HP to update my warranty info. I've asked repeatedly and my account keeps saying it's expired and yet my order shows it's good thru 2022. I need to use it and can't get any help on this. Any advice? My Laptop is soooo slow. I took it into a local shop and they said my processor is slow. I'd like to update or trade in, but can't get my warranty info update first.
