Product: HP Chromebook 11 G4
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have an HP Chromebook 11 G4, and I've tried multiple times to get my Chromebook into Developer mode. I restart it, do escape + refresh + power, then do ctrl d, then sign in. Everything goes fine, then when I log in, there's no developer mode.  I've power washed my Chromebook as well, but it still won't work. Can someone please explain why nothing is happening, and fix it?
