Product: Example: Chromebook 14 ak050nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

My HP Chromebook 14 will not let me sign in. I turned on the Chromebook and it takes me to the usual sign in page. I type in my password and nothing happens. I don’t even see a loading symbol or it doesn’t say anything about an error, nothing happens. I’ve tried it a few times. I also checked my WIFI connection and it’s working fine. I’ve also tried clicking at the bottom left corner, “Browse as Guest” and nothing happens also.
