My laptop was glitching, so I decided to shutdown and restart the laptop. When I went to shutdown I noticed that it needed updating. I selected update and restart (approx4min). Eventually the screen would remain on the restarting page. It stayed there for a good 15 minutes. I tried to use the cntrl alt delete to see if that would get me to task manager. I tried the esc button, but that also did nothing. I ended up performing a hard shutdown. When I went to restart the laptop, it wouldn’t turn in at all! When I plug my laptop into the charger, I do get a light signaling that the power is working fine. I did read somewhere to remove the battery and put it back in, but my laptop does not have a battery I can remove. Please, help! I have some really important documents I need, and I need them now. Thank you to anyone who is able to help🙏🏼
