This morning I had a notification saying that my laptop needed the latest BIOS update, I clicked the notification and began the download. After the download the laptop began to restart, after this was done the laptop shut down and I haven't been able to restart it since. The light on the power button still turns on and off as the laptop does so and the charging light goes on when the laptop is on charge. What can be done on my behalf to fix this issue?

Hello @Campb1lc,

Referring to this article, could you hold down the Windows key and the B key then turn on the laptop?

Try this again but with the V key instead of the B key.

Regards,

Eddy
