My HP Omen 15 en0004AX keeps crashing while its charging and im not doing any gaming. When I use it while charging to do light tasks, like watching videos or making ppts, it just crashes, and shows a BSOD (ntoskrnl.exe). Please Help
my hp omen (ryzen7 4800h, windows 11, ram 16, gtx 1650ti) keeps crashing randomly and without any known issues. it is not overheating, it is not overclocking, not even a single game is running. It just suddenly stops working and a second after, monitor gets black and nothing is responding. i have tested hardware in any way possible, and it is checked and clean of any virus. I don't know what to do about it.
