HP Recommended

I've searched online for multiple solutions. It feels like I've tried everything but nothing works. It is an NVDIA graphics card.

 I've uninstalled drivers and reinstalled
Verified my files
Deleted all temp files
I have enough RAM
Turned off v-sync
Everything is on performance mode

Al displays are set to 144Hz in settings/nvidia control panel/ g-force experince

Game fps is set to 144Hz

I've done a full System shutdown and restart

Nvidia battery bosst is turned off/whisper mode turned off

HP Gaming Hub is on Preformance mode

AMD is set on Preformance mode

Update:  I spoke with an HP technician and was told to factory reset my laptop. This worked and everything runs above 60Hz but I'm hoping we can find a better solution to this issue as I've seen a couple of posts with HP Omens having a capped framrate at 60FPS.
