When I first buy my HP laptop it was running fine, After a week it is super slow. I can't even navigate the curser, I reset the PC about five times a month after this situation happens.
If I reset the PC the trouble will happens again in a week. I don't have much apps. I tried many ways to fix this issue (using hp support assistant, disk clean-up, hp cloud recovery, or a regular reset) This trouble happens again and again. Even Resetting the PC wouldn't work

You can try at least just the memory, I do not oblige you to anything because indeed I think the same thing, but it is a pity!
Be careful when you go to buy another computer!
You need at least a 512 gb SSD disk
best with a second disk for data
For RAM minimum 8 gb at best 16 gb
depending on what you are doing with see if there is a dedicated graphics card minimum gtx 1660

Hello
[start]This is an automatic response

HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support

I already run HP Hardware diagnostics UEFI and it tells you PC is healthy
If I didn't reset my pc I can even open the PC it takes about five minutes to show the lock screen and another 5 minutes more to load the home screen properly.
Here are my specs,
Processor- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U @ 1.60GHz, 2112Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
RAM- 4GB (usually RAM usage is at about 85% when doing nothing on PC)
Storage- 1TB Toshiba HDD (free space of around 900GB)
"The product page has only errors" I also couldn't found it on HP website it says ERROR123
I found this specs on only in system information, There are no specs sheets or any documents online realted to this product

I was waiting for your answer and test results just in case!
I had meanwhile searched on the net, if I found the models, and from memory, about what I had found
so for me you won't get much with this configuration
more in title I read
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
except I had seen that it would be original with windows 10
it might not make a big difference, but windows 11 with this configuration not ideal, already not terrible with windows 10
So, 4 gb of memory, it would take minimum 8 gb
the 1 tb hdd is not terrible either, an ssd would be much better
the processor must be fair to him
so that would make too much change, see maybe at least for 8 gb of memory it would already be that
if not, moving on seems more sensible to me than spending too much on this laptop
and **bleep** even the manual doesn't seem to be the right one here

This is not a old PC I bought it couple of months ago this problem happens after using my laptop couple of days. So what should I do? This PC is my normal day-today PC I can use this PC with this slowness
My i5 1st gen HP pavillion dv6 (too old for use) is twice as fast as my new PC.

I'm not saying that it is old, but that this configuration is not sufficient
you did not answer for windows 11
now I can't tell you anything more, you explain well
having made unnecessary resets
and that without doing anything
RAM- 4GB (usually RAM usage is at about 85% when doing nothing on PC)
I therefore suggest that you try to add more ram
there is not much else i can do here
moreover for windows 11 there seems to be no update here

My Original Windows version is Windows 10 and I upgraded it to Windows 11.
I'm saying is after a bought my laptop I used it for about a month without resetting. I getting slower and slower so I had no choice to reset it. The same thing is happed again and again. So I thought resetting is not the solution so I kept it without resetting and only keep Microsoft office for my office work but that wouldn't work too. I look at the windows update page
for any updates remaining but no updates is there.
