HP Pavilion x360

my laptop screen froze and when I try to turn it off it won’t reset. I’ve tried holding down the power button for 15 seconds and 2 minutes and still nothing. Should i just wait for it to die??

Hi @rwit12345

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the PC issue.

Let's try these steps -

1) Shutdown the computer.

2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.

3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.

4) Plug-in the Adapter.

5) Try to turn on the computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
