Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I began using the HP Spectre 13 360 in January of 2021 and it was working well. In early 2022 it slipped off the table and fell on the floor but the screen did not crack, the side bent a little and it was fine, nothing broken. In mid-2022, the fan would make buzzing sounds for like a minute and then go off and come another time but the time spacing was quite far. In late 2022 I found out that the side that bent a little had opened up. The bearings became weak and the screws were no longer connected to the covering so I had to tape my machine to prevent the device from opening up. Now in 2023, the buzzing sound is worse. When I put the laptop on, it's constantly making that buzzing and it only goes off when I put the laptop off. Even when I don't touch it, it is still making noise.  This is the only gadget I have and I am in my final year at school. I cannot afford to have this laptop spoilt because all my work is on it.  It is extremely loud and my parents think I should stop using the laptop. What should I do?
