HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-aa0000 (7M3L5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello there! I recently bought an HP Spectre x360 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop PC. Unfortunately, I am currently facing some issues with it. The biggest problem I am facing right now is that I left it charging overnight, but when I woke up and tried to use it, it showed only 42% battery life. Furthermore, it is not allowing me to charge it with the cable. Even though it shows that it is charging, there isn't any charging cable connected to it. When I connect a charger, it still won't charge. To clarify, at the moment, it says that it's charging, but there isn't any charging cable connected to it, and when I plug in a charger, it still won't charge.

Hi, it still dosnt fix the problem, It's been 1.5 months since the computer was released, so it's surprising to encounter so many issues with it.

Thank you again for your efforts to help.
