Product: HP Split
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I bought an HP Split 5 years ago. It had Windows 8 loaded, but I got the free Windows 10 upgrade a couple months later. A few weeks ago, Windows 10 stopped loading. I tried all the methods to fix it that came up on the screen to no avail. Is there any way to fix this? I can't keep doing everything on my phone screen, and I need my files.

You said you tried ALL THE METHODS -- so what is it you expect us to tell you now?
If you would actually describe what you did, instead of being so vague, we may be able then to point out some things you did NOT try.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
