Try getting into Windows Recovery Environment. To do this:

  • Restart your laptop again.
  • As soon as it begins starting up, press the F11 key repeatedly until you see the "Choose an option" screen.
  • Click on "Troubleshoot", then "Advanced options", and finally "Startup Repair"

If the Startup Repair option doesn't solve your problem, there's another method you could try - resetting your PC. Here's how:

  • Restart your laptop and press the F11 key repeatedly until you see the "Choose an option" screen again.
  • Click on "Troubleshoot", then "Reset this PC".
  • You can choose "Keep my files", which will reset your PC but preserve your personal files, or "Remove everything", which will reset your PC and delete all of your personal files.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your PC.
