Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have a HP model 15-dy1124nr and when I try to turn it on, it simply goes to a black screen and then says "Boot Device Not Found, Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk (3F0)." Additionally, when doing diagnostic tests, most of the tests pass but it says that "Short DST is not available." I am not very tech savy but I tired many things like legacy support and setting up a usb boot device and doing windows troubleshooting on my computer (though I may have done that part a little incorrectly). Can anyone please help on what to do or if my computer is unfixable. If so, is there any way to get the data off of it?
