Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP laptop shuts down automatically exactly after one hour. I have tried every possible solution listed in this community previously like updating drivers checking power options but nothing worked. please help

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting down after 1 hour.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

When was the last time the computer was working fine?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
