Hi @quocBnguyen,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a power issue with your HP laptop. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to diagnose and potentially fix the problem.
- Check the power source: Ensure that the power outlet you're using is working properly. Try plugging in another device to confirm.
- Inspect the charger: Check the charger for any visible damage or fraying on the cable. Try using a different power adapter if you have one available.
- Reset the laptop: Sometimes, a simple reset can resolve issues. Disconnect the charger, remove the battery if it's removable (if not, skip this step), and hold down the power button for about 30 seconds. Then reconnect the charger (and battery if removable) and try turning on the laptop again.
- Check for overheating: Overheating can cause laptops to refuse to turn on. Make sure the laptop isn't excessively hot. If it is, let it cool down for a while before attempting to turn it on again.
- Inspect for physical damage: Look for any physical damage to the laptop, such as cracks or dents. Damage to internal components could prevent the laptop from powering on.
- Try a different power outlet and charger: If possible, try plugging the laptop into a different power outlet and using a different charger to rule out issues with the power source or adapter.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
