Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

I read your post about needing to restore the HP Recovery Manager and wanted to help.

 

Here is the download link for the HP Recovery Manager:  Latest HP Recover Manager download

 

But installing that is not going to do you much good if you upgraded to Win8.1, because the recovery files that were preinstalled on your PC were not for Win8.1, and the Windows Update did not update those files.

 

So, if you do a recovery, and it works (which it might not, now that you have upgraded), it will only restore you back to Win8, not Win8.1.

 

And, there is nowhere you can download the files needed for Win8.1 recovery.
