Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I don’t know what’s happening but my laptop is taking so long to boot up. It’s always just stuck at the loading screen and when it finally does, the screen automatically goes into a blue error. I don’t know what could be causing this issue as the laptop itself is brand new and I barely use it.

Could you elaborate more on the issue?

What is the error message you are getting?

Have you made any changes to your PC software or hardware?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
