Product: HP 15-gw0000 Laptop PC (1E420AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop after a time of booting up automatically shut down and when I restart it, it shows different time or date or both.

i read that it may be CMOS issue, so I opened my laptop, but it doesn't have the cell like another laptop. I reset the laptop with full clean Drive C, but it didn't solve that issue.

Please help me in the above situation. Nearest service center is around 200 km from my location otherwise I will not think twice for visiting there.
